Community is important to us! We love bringing people together through their collective passion for fitness. At KAOS, our friendly staff and educated personal trainers have created a positive, inclusive, and challenging atmosphere to ensure that our members are both comfortable and set up for success. We offer a wide variety of services to accommodate all skill levels, so no matter where you are on your fitness journey, you can find something that works right for you.

Our warehouse facility boasts 3000sq. ft of open concept gym space that’s bursting with energy. Located on Stittsville Main Street, our members have access to squat racks, pull-up bars, sleds, free weights, battle ropes, benches, accessory equipment, a 60ft sandbox for extra beachbody motivation, and much more. Need some privacy or looking to bring a larger group? We offer rentals of the entire space!
