MEMBERSHIPS

All classes can be booked in advance through the MindBody website. All memberships (Class Packs and Unlimited) offer a 7-day booking window in advance. If the class is full, we recommend that you jump on the waitlist. In doing so, you will be notified when a spot opens up. Chances are very good.

We understand that circumstances may change, and should you need to cancel your membership with us, we kindly request a 30-day notice to allow for a smooth transition. In the event that less than 30 days’ notice is provided, a cancellation fee of $75 will be applicable.

Kaos has an 8-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If you cancel your Session (Class and/or Personal Training) prior to 8 hours before your appointment time, you will not be charged and your Session will be returned to you. If you cancel within 8 hours of your Session, it will result in the loss of a Class or a Personal Training Session for Class Pack holders and PT clients.

All Personal Training Services are booked through our front desk team, or contact us with your preferred availability and we will get you all booked in.

• Not showing up to your scheduled Session (Class and/or Personal Training) is referred to as a No Show. No Shows will result in the loss of a Class or Personal Training Session for Class Pack holders. Unlimited Class Membership holders will be charged a no-show fee of $10 plus HST.

Membership payment for monthly memberships: if your card is declined for insufficient funds, or if your card has expired and we were unable to take payment on the processing date, it will result in a NSF fee of $45 plus HST and your account will not be able to book until your account has been brought up to date.
