CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

KAOS

KAOS class style will introduce a Strength component as well as a conditioning component. We will be attacking the full body and pairing exercises that aim to build lean muscle tissue and exhaust them as well.

During Strength Blocks you will ignore the timer and go at your own pace. This allows you to change weights, push hard and rest when you need to.

During your conditioning blocks, its all about pace. High pace, high heart rates. Lets Burn!!

CARDIO & CORE

In CARDIO & CORE we use minimal weights, practice functional movements for cardiovascular health as well as core strength and stability. This class will get the heart pumping during a much more exciting way to get your conditioning in as opposed to traditional running, while simultaneously strengthening those often neglected abdominal muscles.

BARRE

BARRE, where strength meets grace! This is a low-impact strength workout designed to fully fatigue each muscle group at a time. Working on small isometric movements that target the smaller stabilizer muscles. BARRE is a great class for anyone and everyone, those new to fitness and even the very experienced.

STRENGTH CIRCUIT

Welcome to our invigorating Strength Circuit Class, where power meets precision and transformation begins! Our Strength Circuit will challenge your body with a variety of heavily weighted compound and accessory movements. The circuit format gives members the chance to use a variety of different equipment for a tougher challenge. With the ability to use all of your own equipment, this class is great for anyone looking to build strength and work on progressive overload at their own pace.

H.I.I.T

Welcome to our High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class! Time to redefine your fitness journey and unlock the athlete within you. This class is designed to sculpt your body, boost your metabolism, and leave you feeling invigorated. And here’s the best part – the “afterburn” effect. Long after the class ends, your body continues to torch calories, thanks to the metabolic boost generated by HIIT. Say hello to an efficient, time-effective workout that delivers results!
